We are seeking a receptionist/clerical assistant to work in our office in Oakham for 2.5 days per week. The days required are Wednesday 9am-1pm and Thursday and Friday, 9am to 5pm. The position is currently fixed for 1 year.
Overview Of The Role- To help provide a welcoming and effective reception service for in person and telephone enquiries for both clients and other callers.
- To answer the telephone/intercom entry system and take client details.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate to members of staff.
- To make the appropriate entries using the electronic incoming calls system.
- To carry out clerical tasks delegated by the line manager to include scanning of documents, photocopying and printing.
- To work as part of the overall team.
