Quality and Technical Coach
As a Quality and Technical Coach, the successful candidate will oversee and mentor the Consumer Energy Debt Advice (CEDA) team, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, client‑centred services. The role involves providing clear and effective coaching and motivation to a team of advisers, while creating a supportive environment where services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.
