We\’re now looking for a Project Manager to help us build strong, consistent project management approaches, introduce innovative methods to enhance service delivery, and embed best practices across everything we do.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll:
- Lead and support strategic and operational projects
- Work across teams to improve processes and delivery models
- Engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Bring fresh thinking and ensure we’re effective and forward-thinking in our work
You’ll need to bring :
- Proven experience in project management and service development
- Strong analytical skills and excellent time management
- High-level IT competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in building relationships across a diverse range of colleagues and partners
You’ll be working in a collaborative, inventive, and values-driven environment where responsibility and generosity go hand-in-hand.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is of strategic importance within the organisation and recognised as integral to all we do as a service.
We’re a flexible employer, so this role may suit anyone who’d prefer a flexible arrangement to help their work/life balance, many of our colleagues spend most of their time working remotely. Whilst we prefer a blended approach between a local office, if one is near you, and home we’re open to being flexible on location, occasionally a role may require you to be based in a certain location if that\’s the case it will be detailed in the advert or job description. This can be discussed in more detail during your interview.
