The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Citizens Advice Basingstoke, a trusted and highly regarded charity, to make a valuable contribution to helping people overcome the problems they face in everyday life. You would be joining a friendly team who are passionate about helping people.
We are looking for an enthusiastic generalist adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of our service and cover our project work. This includes working at outreach locations as well as delivering advice through various channels including face-to-face, phone, email, web chat, or video.
The role would be based in our Basingstoke office with the possibility of hybrid office/home working to be discussed further at interview and subject to the needs of the service.
The ideal candidate would have Citizens Advice experience, but training would be provided for the right applicant.
Terms of Appointment
The appointment is 37.5 hours per week. Job share considered. There is scope for flexible working subject to business needs.
Holiday allocation is 33 days per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays.
