We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead and inspire teams delivering high-quality advice services. You will be a strong people leader, confident in driving performance, managing service delivery, and adapting your approach to get the best from individuals. Based in Sandwell and Walsall, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring performance targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met across services.
