Citizens Advice Newcastle is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic customer services adviser to join our busy team at Newcastle City Library, right in the heart of the City centre.
The successful candidate will start as soon as possible.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in helping people to access our advice services.
You will welcome and assist clients, book appointments, support busy walk-in advice sessions and ensure that people receive the help they need in a professional and compassionate manner.
The role also includes providing administrative support to our staff and volunteers and working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
You will be highly organised self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
