We are looking for an experienced Money Advice Technical Debt Supervisor to join our team, combining specialist debt advice with a technical leadership role. This hybrid position involves managing a personal caseload of complex debt and money advice cases, while also providing technical supervision, mentoring and support to advisers. You will help ensure advice is accurate, consistent and meets FCA, MaPS and Citizens Advice quality standards. You will play a key role in developing adviser capability, supporting quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous service improvement across Citizens Advice Rural Cambridgeshire.
