Mediation and Legal Partnerships Manager role at Citizens Advice

To establish, develop, and manage the North Hampshire Mediation Partnership (NHMP), offering free and impartial mediation services to local residents. The role will also focus on building and sustaining partnerships with local solicitors and other stakeholders to provide pro bono legal and other professional support to Citizens Advice clients.

This is a pivotal new role that combines service design, partnership development, and operational management to ensure a high-quality, sustainable mediation service is embedded in the community.

Responsibilities

  • To establish, develop, and manage the North Hampshire Mediation Partnership (NHMP), offering free and impartial mediation services to local residents.
