Citizens Advice Luton is recruiting a Debt Advice Caseworker (trainee or qualified) to join our specialist debt advice team.
Full training will be provided to support you in delivering clear guidance to clients across channels.
You will assess clients, offer debt options, coordinate with creditors, and signpost to services.
This is a 37-hour week, fixed-term role for 12 months, with a salary of £24,925–£27,500 per year depending on experience.
