Salary: £24,925 – £27,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Debt Advice Caseworker (trainee or already qualified) to join our specialist debt advice team. Full training will be given as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients and give advice through various channels including telephone, face‑to‑face and email.
  • Provide clients with advice and options on how to deal with their debts.
  • Coordinate with creditors and signpost clients to relevant services.
  • Assist clients with next steps and follow‑through on agreed actions.
