Location: Blended between office and home (England and Wales). Time in office negotiable.

Salary: £33,820, plus London allowance of £3,520 if applicable.

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our Data and AI team to develop and maintain reports. You will be responsible for providing data across our services to deliver new insight to a variety of stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has an excellent and diverse set of data skills and wants the opportunity to use them to benefit the millions of people who use our services every year.

You will work as part of a collaborative and curious multidisciplinary team who are responsible for making Citizens Advice's data as good as it can possibly be. The Data and AI team is the centre of expertise for data at Citizens Advice. It is responsible for working to improve products and services through expert data work, for defining and delivering the organisation's data strategy, leading on development of our Artificial Intelligence capability, ensuring that the data needs of the organisation are met, and for building capability in working with data across the organisation to support the delivery of our strategic aims.

The National Citizens Advice operates from offices in England and Wales, with 4 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
