Citizens Advice Liverpool is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to lead the delivery of a high-quality, people-centred HR service that supports our staff and the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team, you will provide expert HR advice across the full range of employment issues, including employee relations, organisational change, and workforce development.
- Line-manage the HR Assistant and oversee the smooth running of HR processes and systems.
- This role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery to shape CAL’s people strategy, lead on complex employee relations cases, ensure compliance with employment law and Citizen Advice policies, and develop line managers’ confidence to handle HR issues effectively.
- Lead or advise on projects such as restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers, and policy development, and contribute to staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
