Citizens Advice Solent East is looking for experienced advisers to join our well-established Help to Claim team. We are particularly interested in recruiting advisers with prior experience in Help to Claim within Citizens Advice. We are a dedicated and supportive team, working together to provide a high standard of advice to our clients. Our advisers work both remotely and in our Portsmouth office, though all team meetings and supervision are conducted remotely. The Help to Claim service operates Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm.
Responsibilities:
- See what help people need most, so we can make our site better.
- Help us campaign for changes that make things fairer for everyone.
- Let you watch videos on the site.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience advisers to join our Help to Claim team; prior experience in Help to Claim within Citizens Advice preferred.
Contract and Working Arrangements:
We offer contracts between 30 and 37 hours per week (to be discussed with successful applicants). We are committed to flexible working, and hours can be arranged to accommodate individual needs where possible.
