About the Role
As a Social Welfare Contact Centre Adviser, you will join one of our teams providing social welfare advice to local residents. You will play a key role in our mission to promote equality and social change.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inquiries primarily through phone contact offering tailored advice on a wide range of social welfare issues including welfare benefits, employment, money advice, community care, energy, and housing.
- Provide complex advice on social welfare issues and work with clients to resolve problems.
- Apply the charity’s values to deliver the best support to clients.
- Participate in a meet‑the‑team day and demonstrate exceptional advice and support skills across various communication channels.
START DATE: 10th August 2026
HOURS: Full time/Part time will be considered. Hours worked Monday - Sunday to support a 7‑day service.
