We're looking for compassionate, resilient and customer-focused individuals to join our Help Through Hardship team.
Every day, you'll support people experiencing financial hardship by providing emergency food support, practical advice and guidance that can have a lasting impact on their lives.
What you’ll be doing Speak with clients over the phone, listening with empathy and professionalism.
Assess individual circumstances and provide tailored advice and information.
Support people to access emergency food vouchers and other essential financial support.
Help clients understand their benefits, maximise their income and make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate case records using our customer management system.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while working within quality standards and service targets.
Suitable candidates will be invited to a meet the team day to experience first hand what we do!
