In This Role, You’ll

  • Provide expert advice and support through our national CLA telephone service
  • Help clients navigate SEN decisions, EHCPs and tribunal processes
  • Deliver high-quality casework that truly changes lives
  • Spot emerging issues and help us influence system-wide change
  • Work with a passionate, values-driven team committed to justice and equality

We’ll give you full training in education law, legal aid processes, tribunal work and our internal systems — so you’re set up to succeed.

What we’re looking for

  • Recent experience delivering advice to clients
  • A structured, methodical approach to casework
  • Strong communication skills — especially conveying complex information clearly
  • A passion for fairness, inclusion, and empowering those who need it most
  • Knowledge and experience of SEN law is essential.

What you need to know

  • Hours are negotiable
  • The service operates between 9.00am to 6.00pm and cover will be arranged on a rota basis
  • Remote working will be considered
