We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated and proactive Projects Adviser to join our friendly and ambitious team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll support clients both in our Fleet office and across community outreach locations throughout the Hart District, helping people who may otherwise struggle to access advice and support.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting people leaving hospital
  • Financial resilience and energy advice
  • Foodbank and community outreach services
  • Digital inclusion support
  • Advice First Aid training for community groups and volunteers

You’ll provide practical advice, empower clients to make informed decisions, and work alongside local organisations to strengthen support across the community. Whether meeting clients face to face, over the phone or by email, you’ll play a key role in helping people regain confidence and stability.
