We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high quality holistic advice and in-depth casework to families with children who are patients at Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital (GOSH). This role supports vulnerable families across all Citizens Advice issue areas, including complex housing issues and benefits cases up to appeal level.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality holistic advice and in-depth casework to families with children at GOSH.
- Address complex housing issues for families.
- Handle benefits cases, including appeals.
- Collaborate with GOSH partners such as social workers and family support officers.
We also provide an ‘open door’ service to our GOSH partners in our areas of expertise. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to positive outcomes for vulnerable families in England and beyond.
