Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall is seeking a part-time Quality and Technical Coach (18.5 hours per week) to join our team on a permanent basis. This office-based role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, a passion for quality and a commitment to developing others to deliver excellent client outcomes.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our Energy Debt Advice service by carrying out file reviews, providing technical guidance and coaching.
