Citizens Advice Eastleigh are seeking a 2 day a week Advice Session Supervisor to support our busy advice team. Our charity helps people resolve their welfare benefits, money, housing and other problems by providing free, independent, confidential and impartial information and advice. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

Responsibilities:

  • See what help people need most, so we can make our site better.
  • Help us campaign for changes that make things fairer for everyone.
  • Let you watch videos on the site.

About the role and requirements:

This role would suit an existing Advice Session Supervisor, caseworker, or an experienced generalist adviser who is looking to progress — we will provide training to the right candidate where development is required. In return, we can offer a friendly, hard-working team environment with employer pension contributions, an employee support scheme, supportive management and free parking.
