We are looking for a qualified Debt and Money Advice Caseworker who is passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need. You will need to demonstrate that you are a strong team player, with an eye for detail, and have great people skills. You will thrive in a busy environment and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
The post holder will provide, as part of the project team, a comprehensive debt advice service by assisting clients to achieve the best outcome for their circumstances. The qualified Caseworker role requires:
- Carrying out Debt Assessments
- Maximising income
- Preparing budgets
- Providing debt options
- Signposting/referring or carrying out casework/advocacy for clients based on their individual needs and situation
This is a post of 3-4 days per week (0.6-0.8fte), fixed term to end March 2027 with probable extension. Some travel to the Bath area may be required for delivery of this service but the post will be located at our Fairfax Street Offices.
