The predicted salary is between 24500 - 28000 £ per year.

Permanent, 37 hours per week, based at our Beeston Office. Salary: £24,500 per annum (Training Salary – pay rise on successful completion of probation). We are looking for debt advisers to join a brand‑new project, working with clients to provide advice over the telephone. You will be part of a tight‑knit team and will receive full training.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to training and a good understanding/experience of the processes involved in providing advice.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines using own initiative.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a range of people and organisations.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team and operate without close supervision.
  • Ability and willingness to follow agreed procedures.
  • Ability to work in a sensitive, enabling and non‑judgemental way with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
