Debt Advice Caseworker

The Debt Advice Caseworker will provide in-person, high-quality advice and casework services to the organisation’s clients in debt and money management.

They will also mentor and support colleagues, helping to develop their skills and expertise in debt and money management, ensuring the delivery of the best possible service to clients.

This demanding role requires the ability to understand and handle complex information. The role involves working collaboratively with team members, management, external organisations, and the Head of Service.

Flexibility is essential, and the post-holder may be asked to perform other tasks consistent with the grade from time to time.

Salary – £28,673 (Trainee £25,806)
