You will play a key role in delivering an innovative Community Network model that helps people remain independent, connected and well within their own communities.
As a Community Network Coordinator you will own the day‑to‑day delivery of the Community Network, working alongside colleagues, volunteers and partners to build a sustainable network of community support across North Lincolnshire.
You will recruit, develop and support volunteers, manage client referrals and build strong local partnerships, ensuring people receive person‑centred support that improves health, wellbeing, resilience and independence.
Qualifications
- Experience in volunteer management, community development or community‑based services is an advantage.
- Demonstrated values, relationship‑building skills and potential to succeed in the role.
- Commitment to improving the wellbeing and resilience of people in community settings.
