About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual for our three-year “Boosting Advice” project, which focuses on helping residents over 65 access vital support. You will work within the community, building relationships with local groups and partners to connect with people who need our service. Your key responsibilities will involve meeting clients one-to-one to assess their needs and provide practical advice, while maintaining high-quality case notes to demonstrate the project\’s impact.
