Citizens Advice Eastbourne is looking for a creative and proactive Communications Assistant to help us tell the stories that matter to our community. This isn't a desk-bound content-scheduling role. We want someone who takes the initiative — chatting to our advisers about the cases they're working on, keeping an eye on what's happening in Eastbourne, and turning those real, local insights into compelling social media posts, blogs, infographics, short videos and more.

You’ll be the voice of Citizens Advice Eastbourne across our digital channels, helping us build a presence that reflects the vital work we do every day. You’ll work from our Eastbourne office, alongside a supportive team, with mentoring and strategic guidance provided — but we’re looking for someone who’s self‑motivated, curious, and ready to run with ideas.
