We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12-month mat cover contract.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist guidance and activity across inspiring interest, opportunities to join and onboarding phases of the employee experience lifecycle.
  • Support and partner with hiring managers to strategically attract, recruit and onboard all roles of all levels to ensure business needs can be met.
  • Play a key role in recruiting the best talent in the marketplace while improving diversity and significantly reducing external recruitment spend across the organisation.
  • Deliver a people-focused, proactive and flexible recruitment service that supports efficient advertising, sourcing, selection, interview and recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Citizens Advice processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent and detailed knowledge of best practice in recruitment and selection, including legislation and EDI considerations.
  • Significant experience providing strategic advice and support to managers on all recruitment and selection matters, preferably in a talent acquisition model.
  • Experience of working in a talent acquisition model covering the full life cycle, with a proven track record of sourcing and selecting talent using a wide range of tools across diverse disciplines.

Citizens Advice is not a sponsoring organisation. Therefore the successful applicant must already possess the right to work in the UK or be able to secure the right to work in the UK independently. The National Citizens Advice operates from offices in England and Wales with four regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds. All successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.

This vacancy closes on the closing date. The role may be considered a secondment if the successful candidate meets the eligibility criteria.
