Citizens Advice Bedford & Mid Bedfordshire is looking for two Money Advisers to join our team across Bedford, Mid Bedfordshire & Peterborough.
You will have excellent communication, empathy and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to use your own initiative and ensure the client is always at the heart of what you do.
The money advice process can assist people to regain control of their finances in a systematic way.
You will assist by looking at ways to maximise income, review expenditure and address budgeting concerns, with a view to finalising a financial statement that will identify debt options that are tailored to the client's specific circumstances.
The advice provided is impartial and non-judgemental and is designed to provide the information and advice required to assist clients to find a way forward.
Through your exploration and advice our clients will be able to make informed decisions best suited to their needs.
This is a hybrid role, you may be required to work in our offices in Ampthill, Biggleswade & Bedford, and in our outreaches as well as remotely.
This ensures that we can reach clients most in need of our help.
This role can be for a trainee Money Adviser as all training is provided.
Trainee full time caseworker salary is £25,989.08, rising to £27,684.02 on completion of probation.
