Job Details

  • Salary: £25,000 pro rata (£15,000)
  • Hours: 22.2 Part time Monday – Wednesday
  • Location: Bradford Offices
  • Reporting to: Client Services Team Leader

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and external stakeholders across face‑to‑face, telephone and digital channels.
  • Provide cover for the reception area during busy periods.
  • Support clients attending drop‑in sessions and process incoming referrals.
  • Manage a demanding, varied workload with confidence, flexibility and a can‑do attitude.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a client‑focused environment where confidentiality is essential.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients who may be vulnerable or have multiple needs.
  • Willingness to undertake initial on‑the‑job training and pursue ongoing development.
