Temporary role to cover for Maternity Leave (11 months). 30 hours per week. £27,540 to £31,283 depending on experience pro rata (plus pension contribution). Based in Ashfield.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced or trainee manager who will be responsible for managing staff and volunteers working on a variety of projects. You will need to be passionate about maintaining high quality standards within our organisation. You will form part of a forward-thinking and innovative management team and will be primarily based in our Ashfield office with occasional travel to our other sites across Nottinghamshire.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Experience in using a variety of IT packages in the workplace
  • Ability to plan and rearrange own work in a pressured environment
  • Proven ability to supervise and monitor work to agreed quality standards and to maintain casework systems and procedures
  • Ability to work positively in a team environment
