The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 Β£ per year.

Citizens Advice Nottingham & District are looking for a temporary Advice Supervisor to join our General Advice Team to supervise and support paid, volunteer and outreach advice workers. This role is temporary until 23 December 2025.

This role will also include attendance at cost of living events and outreach locations throughout Nottingham City, Rushcliffe and Gedling areas.

If no suitable candidates are appointable who are able to travel, applicants who are only available to work remotely will be considered.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organised, self-motivated and able to travel to venues.

You will have a minimum of two years’ experience of delivering advice (in welfare benefits, housing and employment) ideally in a local Citizens Advice Office. You will also have recent experience of or be able to demonstrate an ability to support and supervise advice workers.
