Responsibilities include supervising the delivery of the advice services for Citizens Advice Herefordshire, including supervision at outreach venues and advice sessions in our Hereford office. Ensure the quality of advice given to service users meets required standards. Work with key staff to recruit and train volunteers and develop the channels of advice accessible to clients.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Experience in supervision of advice work (preferred).
- Willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills; training will be provided.
