We’re looking for an enthusiastic Advice Service Manager to lead our advice team based in Harrogate, supporting clients across the wider Harrogate and Craven area. This role is ideal for an experienced Advice Service Manager or a current Advice Session Supervisor, ready to develop their career by training and working alongside a strong, collaborative team as a Trainee Advice Service Manager.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Harrogate office, ensuring high-quality advice is delivered to the people who need it most. You’ll manage a team of staff and volunteers, provide regular supervision cover and take the lead in creating a positive and inclusive working environment.
