You will deliver advice on benefits and income maximisation, and support clients with early-stage debt advice, including initial assessment and guidance. You will help ensure advice is accessible through outreach, attendance at community venues and occasional home visits where appropriate.
Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in helping residents improve their financial wellbeing, prevent crisis, and access the support they need. The role will also contribute to capturing outcomes and insight to inform future services and campaigns.
