Citizens Advice North Staffordshire is looking to recruit a new Executive Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and nationally respected charity at a time of genuine transformation, following our recent move to a modern, bright new office space, inspired by our Senior Management Team and CEO.

As Executive Support Officer, you will assist the CEO and Senior Management Team:

  • with strategic developments in the delivery of advice and advice services
  • developing new services designed to support hard-to-reach client groups
  • uphold relevant quality standards and help to achieve our Corporate Plan objectives

Reporting to the Facilities & finance Manager, the Executive Support Officer will support the CEO and Senior Management Team on a daily basis. Ideally, you will have experience of providing executive-level support, have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable speaking to partner representatives. The ability to demonstrate an empathy with and understanding of the needs of vulnerable clients would be a distinct advantage.
