The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Hours: 10 to 15 per week. This role requires flexibility to work evening and flexible hours to attend Board and Committee meetings and the AGM.

This role provides essential administrative support to our Board of Trustees at regular ordinary meetings (including agenda setting), committee meetings and the Annual General Meeting. You will be responsible for producing timely and accurate minutes (usually within seven days) of board and other meetings. You will also track and circulate reports and other documentation to trustees and others as appropriate. Another key responsibility is ensuring meetings are held in accordance with the governing document. In addition, you will oversee the timetable for the board review of strategic documents, including the organisational risk register, policies and procedures, and ensure updated documents are added to internal IT systems, as required.

There is also the opportunity for an experienced candidate to get more involved in other areas such as managing meeting schedules, agenda prepping, producing documents such as the Diversity profile, and our Leadership Self-Assessment portfolio.
