As our Debt Support Officer, you will support our team of experienced debt caseworkers to carry out their duties assisting the client through their debt advice journey. This is a broad, but rewarding role ideal for someone looking to enhance their administration and interpersonal skills. This is an integral part of supporting our clients and will require liaising with referrers and third parties to ensure the client has the smoothest experience possible in what can be challenging circumstances for them. This vital role is essential for wider team function and the successful candidate will be key to maintaining a positive experience from service entry to case closure.

Location: Grantham
Salary: £24,500 per annum (FTE) rising to £24,650 per annum (FTE)
Annual Leave:25 days per annum plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service (up to a maximum of five additional days) plus three days off between Christmas and New Year
