Deliver good quality information, advice and casework to clients in debt, ensuring that the aims, policies and procedures of the organisation and service are followed. Work within a client‑focussed and responsive team, delivering services via phone at our contact centre as well as supporting clients who access the service directly and those with pre‑booked appointments.
