This is a full time role but we are willing to consider a job share. The successful candidate(s) will also be willing to work to targets and to work at multiple sites across Three Rivers, including outreach locations.

You will have good communication skills and be IT literate. You will also be willing to help clients over a variety of channels to support our ethos to be a multi-channel, accessible and inclusive service.

The Job Pack contains the 'Essential Person Specification' that we are looking for; the successful candidate(s) will be the one(s) that can effectively demonstrate how they meet these at both application and interview stage.
