Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Training and Support Officer located in Southport and a second post located in our Bootle office. The Training and Support Officer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, offering support to volunteers and staff, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and policies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing training needs, developing and delivering training materials, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
