Citizens Advice Scotland is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to shape income generation and partnerships across the organisation. You will work with the Executive Leadership Team to connect teams, embed effective collaboration, and drive a proactive approach to building sustainable income streams.

You will lead cross-organisational work, enhance communication, and deputise for the Director of Advice when required, focusing on growing income while strengthening data-driven decision making.
