Citizens Advice Plymouth is hiring a Telephone Debt Adviser to support clients with debt and energy issues. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model after training, with a salary range of £27,128.40 to £29,822.

As a Telephone Debt Adviser, you'll listen empathetically and provide tailored advice to empower clients in overcoming financial challenges. Full training will be given initially on-site at Cobourg House, Plymouth, before shifting to a hybrid arrangement.
