We are looking for two full-time Trainee Generalist Advisers to join our Core Advice Team.
Role details: the role will be split between taking calls on our advice line where you will complete an assessment with the client and book them in for an advice appointment, and you will also hold your own advice appointments with clients. Experience is not necessary, but we are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
- Can complete tasks to the highest quality
- Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
- Has worked in a public-facing role
Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate to enable them to carry out their role.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
- Interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills to allow clients to explain their problem(s) and empower them to set their own priorities
- Interpret information and present options to clients
- Maintain confidentiality, use discretion and sound judgement in undertaking all areas of responsibilities
