About the Role

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a Legal Administrator to support the Legal Telephone Advice Service (TAS). The role involves providing essential administrative support to telephone advisers, including data collection, data input, and the preparation, printing, and posting of letters and forms.

Responsibilities / Key Tasks

  • Answer calls from CLA Operator Service during breaks and to cover sickness, training, or absence
  • Download and distribute voicemail messages to advisers
  • Support the administration of ongoing cases
  • Data input and maintain accurate records
  • Collate client feedback
