You will provide essential administration support to a team of telephone advisers with a range of administrative tasks, including data collection and input, and the preparation, printing and posting of letters and forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Family solicitor with a varied caseload of family law matters
  • Provide legal and procedural support through telephone, face-to-face and email contact
  • Draft and prepare court documents, applications, statements, correspondence, instructions to Counsel, and hearing bundles as directed
  • Undertake legal and factual research, review case papers and histories, and assist in identifying the most appropriate next steps in each matter
  • Hold a caseload with the support and supervision of the Family solicitor
