Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a full‑time Assessor to join its Advice Team. The role involves taking calls on the advice line, completing client assessments, booking clients for appointments, and holding advice appointments.

Qualifications

  • Ability to monitor and maintain own standards, ensuring work is accurate

Responsibilities / Key Tasks

  • Interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills to allow them to explain their problems and set their own priorities
  • Interpret information and present options to clients
  • Maintain confidentiality, use discretion and sound judgement in all responsibilities
