We are looking for two motivated and committed individuals to join our Debt Advice Team here at Citizens Advice Wakefield District. Our service is busy and client focused. As a team we have a track record in providing high-quality advice and excel against our contractual performance.
As a Debt Adviser you will deliver high quality, FCA regulated advice and casework over the phone, in person, via webchat and email for a wide range of clients, using strong communication and interpersonal skills to support individuals in vulnerable situations. This will include advising clients on dealing with their priority and non-priority debt, debt solutions, budgeting and maximising income. You will also liaise and negotiate with a range of third parties to manage varied issues and empower clients to find a way forward.
If you are accredited in Money Advice to casework level (or nearing completion of accreditation to this level) or above; have a commitment to continuous professional development with a minimum of 1 years recent experience in debt advice delivery we would like to hear from you.
