Citizens Advice Ltd is seeking a Regional Project Support Officer to help set up the Macmillan Money and More regional service, funded by Macmillan Cancer Support, based at our Bristol head office.
You will support Project Managers, liaise with caseworkers and delivery partners, monitor KPIs, manage referrals, and help implement the new referral platform and service delivery model. This role offers collaboration with partners and opportunities to improve client wellbeing.
