About the role
We're looking for an experienced money adviser to join our innovation team at Citizens Advice SORT.
We're building AI tools to support debt and money advice, and we need someone who knows what good advice looks like to make sure we get it right. You'll be testing what our tools produce against the MaPS Quality Advice Standards, spotting where advice falls short, and telling the people building it exactly why. You'll also help us find the gaps, where a tool works well enough for a straightforward case but not for someone in a vulnerable situation.
This suits someone who has spent years doing debt advice and knows the Advice Assessor Toolkit properly. You don't need any background in technology. We'll support you with that side of it.
