North & West Gloucestershire Citizens Advice (N&WGCA) provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and information to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We have offices in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Cinderford. Although we are part of the national Citizens Advice network, N&WGCA is an independent charity and company limited by guarantee.
We are looking for a Temporary Housing Caseworker to support clients in the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury areas who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The role will be home-based, working closely with and supporting our Housing Specialist. You will report to our Health Projects Manager.
Alongside housing advice and support, you will provide advice on income maximisation, energy, budgeting and debt, helping clients to improve their financial position and access the support they are entitled to.
